We know how overwhelming Insurance issues can be which is why we are determined to assist our clients through the process. We thoroughly research every case and provide our clients with extensive information regarding their Insurance so they may receive the maximum benefit available for their Prosthetics or Orthotics needs.

Often, our clients are surprised to learn that they have more options than they believed. Our philosophy is to provide the best prosthetic care to our clients by providing them with the components they require, not those dictated by budget-conscious Insurance companies.

Once you contact us, we immediately start investigating your plan. To speed up this process, we ask our clients to fax or email us the Patient Registration Form  as soon as possible. It allows us to jumpstart verifying your Insurance.

We receive weekly updates on any governmental policy changes and regularly attend Medicare/Medicaid seminars.

Prior to your first visit, we suggest you:

•Fill out Patient Registration Form (download registration form PDF). This form should be completed prior to your first visit and may be faxed directly to the office you are visiting. Check out our locations page for that information.

•If you are a member of an HMO, an authorization from your primary physician is required. Please call our office and ask to speak with an Insurance Specialist, just let them know your authorization number prior to your visit.
